HOW TO USE GLIDE SOLES

Fitting Instructions 

Glide Soles are heat-mouldable for a custom fit.
They can stretch to fit up to 2 sizes larger.

Heat-Fit in 5 Minutes

1. Place Glide Soles in a sink
2. Fill with hot water
3. Wait 2–3 minutes to soften
4. Pour out water and wipe dry
5. Stretch onto your shoe while warm
6. Leave to cool and set

Safety

• Use hot water only (no ovens or direct heat)
• Handle with care while warm
• Adult supervision recommended
