It's really satisfying
There are two types of Soles. "Official Glide Soles" and "Glide Soles Sole guards". The durable and More expensive ones are the official Glide soles in either Matte/Icy. They're durable compared to the Sole guards. You should take into account what brand of shoe you're going to wear when wearing the sole guards. Sole Guards are best used only for light wear when you want to protect your Nike Mind's/Yeezy Slides/ Crocs. Or your Designer step ins like: Gucci/Chanel/Prada/ Louis vuitton/ Hermes. But if you want Heavy Duty Protection Go for the official Glide Sole guards. Specifically the Icy's and the Matte's
The sole Guards fit perfectly! I’ve tried the sole on my soccer cleats and they also work. I’m going to use this pair on my Louis Vuitton trainers. I’d also love to see a glow-in-the-dark version in the future! Overall, I’m really happy with the fit, product and service, and I’ll definitely be buying from Glide Soles again in the near future. Great for football cleats
I bought sneaker outsole protectors from Glide Soles and placed a special request asking if they could send me only the clear transparent sole protectors in size Large. The customer service I received was unlike anything I've experienced before. This is, without a doubt, one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with. They went above and beyond to make sure I received exactly the products I requested, even though it was a special order. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. They always replied promptly, explained every detail clearly, and patiently answered all of my questions. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers to this extent. Shipping time was reasonable. The product itself is remarkable in both quality and performance. The sole protectors fit perfectly, are easy to apply, and provide excellent protection without compromising the look of the sneakers. The zigzag grip is actually pretty good for wearing my favourite comfy sneakers Back-Of-House. I will be buying more if any new styles come out?
These are subtle enough to wear and not many people notice them. They fit pretty much all my sneakers. Some look better in than others
Although the 'Sole Protectors' are more flexible than the other styles of Glide soles they are not as durable, so not ideal for playing basketball in multiple times. But if you just want to wear them for walking around in, then yes they will definitely protect your sneaker grip.
The fact that this is my second order, shows that I'm saving money in the long run. I don't have to get them professionally cleaned or buy more sneakers to replace the old worn out ones.
I originally bought Glide Soles just for one pair of trainers, but I’ve ended up using them on two pairs now. My Airmax 95's and my AF1's. After a couple of days I've had 3 people comment of them!
I was worried about ordering the wrong size, but the sizing guide was spot on. They fitted my cleats immediately and, thanks to the hot water fitting instructions, I could also use them on a few larger pairs. Really clever idea because I don’t need a separate pair for every shoe.
I bought the matte black and the transparent colours, and found the black soles had a little more flexibility. Although they fit several pairs of my trainers without any major issues, I did have to use the hot water stretch method to get the transparent soles on to my basketball sneakers. It was easy to do and now I swap them between different shoes depending on what I’m wearing.
I wasn’t sure if one pair would fit different trainers, so I bought two sizes. The smaller pair fit my football boots perfectly and also fit my Converse because they’re a similar length. For my chunkier basketball shoes, the larger soles fit much better. So I have 2 soles that protect my full shoe collection.

Easy to install but just be patient when Stretching coz it takes a few minutes to put on. Their customer service is 5 stars and really has a fast response if you have any inquiries. Thank you for helping me with my order.
I wasn't sure these would actually work, but they've been brilliant. They keep my most expensive sneakers protected from puddles, dirt and rough concrete streets.

We received our new soles today, and all I can say is: great product! I had my son put them to the test on wood floors, smooth concrete, and rough driveway concrete. They met our demands 100%, and we're very happy with the rugged soles. I know for a fact you'll be getting new customers from the USA boxing community once they see these in action. Boxing shoes aren't cheap, and your product adds so much longevity to them. I'm very happy I found your company!
