Sizing:
- The modular sole size should replicate the size of the trainer you intend to wear it on.
- Each modular sole can flex around a shoe half a size up and down.

- The Removable soles are hand-made by Glide and are an independent business from the shoe that fit in the soles. The sale of Glide Soles does not include any additional shoes featured in the picture.
