- The sole size should replicate the size of the trainer you intend to wear it on.
- Each sole can flex around a shoe half size up and down.

- This product is made-to-order and will be shipped within 14 day.
- The soles are hand-made by Glide and are an independent business from the trainers that fit in the soles. The sale of Glide soles does not include any trainers featured in the picture. We support trainer brands by protecting the trainer.
